Notice: Due to Prof. Takaku's sabbatical in FY2026, we will not be accepting new students who wish to enroll during this period.
We seek enthusiastic, technically competent, hard-working, and team-oriented graduate students and collaborative researchers worldwide.
We expect applicants to have a strong interest in either information/knowledge organization, digital library, information-seeking behavior, or information retrieval research fields.
If you are an international student and wish to join the laboratory, please email me with the following information:
- Curriculum vitae
- Possible dates or schedules for joining the laboratory
- Category of students: Research student, master student, PhD student, or others?
- Your English and Japanese proficiency
- What career paths will you pursue?
- Grade reports at your college
- Description of your research experiences and outcomes
- List of publications, if you have.
- Research proposal
- How to cover the expenses: Do you have any plans for scholarships or other ways?
We need these information to consider the possibility of advisory.
